This hatha-based yoga class for adults or children 12+ features intentional movement and breath work, peppered with as many (or as few!) vinyasas as you like – yogi's choice! In this class, we sustain the asanas for longer holds than a typical power or vinyasa class, but shorter than a yin or gentle class. Find the benefits of mantra to help stay in the present moment.
We mindfully establish the postures from the ground up, engage our breath, and then settle in. Expect to ground, breathe, balance and flow as we strive for both strength and ease.
Essential oils offered during savasana.

Dive into a greater understanding of the subtle body by exploring the chakras, our energy centers which sometimes become blocked.
Identify feelings associated with unique blockages and learn poses to encourage opening each chakra, to help you feel more balanced, calm, at peace with yourself, and connected.
Zoom Flow, Group Classes
We all know zoom classes are not the same as an in-person class, and as a parent of remote learners, I understand that zoom fatigue is real.
However, are zoom classes are better than nothing? I think so.
