Hatha Yoga

Intentional Flow

Beyond the Barre

790 Compton Rd, Bldg B, Cincinnati, OH 45231

Wednesday mornings 9:30-10:45 a.m.

This hatha-based yoga class for adults or children 12+ features intentional movement and breath work, peppered with as many (or as few!) vinyasas as you like – yogi's choice! In this class, we sustain the asanas for longer holds than a typical power or vinyasa class, but shorter than a yin or gentle class. Find the benefits of mantra to help stay in the present moment.

We mindfully establish the postures from the ground up, engage our breath, and then settle in. Expect to ground, breathe, balance and flow as we strive for both strength and ease.

Essential oils offered during savasana.

Masks up for the entire class, class size limited to help everyone stay safe during the pandemic.

$12 cash, Yoga for Wellness eGift card, Venmo, or CC on file at BTB.

Zoom Flow, Group Classes

by request

We all know zoom classes are not the same as an in-person class, and as a parent of remote learners, I understand that zoom fatigue is real.

However, are zoom classes are better than nothing? I think so.

Enjoy a very Brady-like remote class from the comfort of your own home and benefit from moving, tuning into your breath, grounding, balancing, and most of all ...

taking the time to tend to your own needs.

Then? Take all that deliciousness off your mat, right into the next room of your home.
